May 11, 2018: My top 3 Ottawa Today interviews from this week

Kevin Donovan

Toronto Star Investigative Reporter Kevin Donovan joined me on Ottawa Today to give us an update on the investigations into the deaths of Barry and Honey Sherman. There have been speculation about the nature of the crime, but the police have now established that this was a double murder. Donovan believes that this case will go on for a long time. Listen to the full interview here.

Andrea Horwath

Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath joined me to talk about the sex-ed curriculum and her overall platform heading towards the June provincial election. She believes that Doug Ford's plan to scrap the sex-ed curriculum is a step in the wrong direction. There are also concerned about math scores in Ontario and Horwath wants to work with educators, testers and parents to overhaul EQAO and other standardized tests in schools.  Listen to the interview to learn more.

Barry Davis

Outta The Park Podcast host Barry Davis joined me to discuss Roberto Osuna and the Blue Jays. Osuna was arrested for allegations of assault this week and has been temporarily placed on administrative leave for seven days by Major League Baseball. The MLB is also conducting their own investigation while the police are working on the case and his paid leave might be extended after the seven days. Listen here for more details
